Tobi Weldon states that her Mom is her inspiration in every aspect of her life, especially the creative part. When she was six years old, her Mom married her Daddy Bob, who is also a talented artist. Having great art teachers at her disposal every day, the story began, and art never left Tobi's mind. Painting, sculpting, paper and wood were all a part of Tobi's world. In school, Tobi was one of the only girls who had unique and one-of-a-kind artwork in her dorm room. She considered herself to be a quite lucky girl! She decided that no matter what path she was to lead in life, she wanted to make art a part of it.

Now, she is all grown up and shares her love of craftiness with the world through her own company, Ivey Handcrafted.
