144 collection started as a simple hobby for Lesia Griffin. She began taking sewing lessons as an activity that would allow her to express her creative side. As she continued with her lessons, she found that she especially loved making patterns and designing handbags. She had a desire to create original handbags, that no one else possessed. In february of 2006, she launched her own handbag business, 144 collection.

Each handbag and wristlet is unique, whether due to Lesia's choices in fabric or in design. She makes each piece with special care and detail, and she hopes that her customers will have as much fun with her bags as she does designing them.
